Reformer Pilates is a variation of the fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates, incorporating an all-in-one fitness device called a reformer. Exercising using the reformer is an excellent way to improve mobility and flexibility, increase core strength and provide an all around excellent workout.
Classes are 45 min and are private for the one-on-one experience. My schedule is variable and dates are being updated regularly.
Payment due at first session, cash, check, or Venmo are all accepted.

The Chair is often used in conjunction with the Reformer to add addational exercises to your Pilates workout. It is also a good alternative for people who can not lie on their back on the Reformer.
The Jumpboard is a padded board that substitutes for the footbar on the reformer. It’s a fun way to incorporate low impact cardiovascular exercise into you workout.
Two reformer classes are a prerequisite for this workout.
Resistance bands are often used to add variety to a workout.
